How payment works for our courses
Payment is pretty straightforward - when you sign up for a course, you pay upfront before getting access. We accept most major credit cards and use secure payment processing to keep your info safe.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with a course, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if:
- You've watched less than 25% of the course content
- You haven't downloaded any exclusive materials
- You contact us with a valid reason
When We Can't Refund
Sorry, but we can't offer refunds in these situations:
- After the 7-day refund period
- If you've completed most of the course
- If you violate our terms of service
- For digital downloads you've accessed
How to Request a Refund:
Just email us at support@singingcoachonline.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear back on your card.
